Yoga and Pilates retreat in southern Spain2012 - date to be confirmed
I would like to arrange a yoga and pilates retreat in southern Spain this year.
The focus of the weekend will be relaxation and rejuvenation. Wonderful, nutritious vegetarian food will be provided along with daily yoga, pilates and relaxation classes. There will be lots of spare time to enjoy the sunshine by the pool or there is a beautiful beach only 20 minutes drive away (taxi service is available). There is also the opportunity to enjoy some lovely walks around the beautiful surrounding countryside.
